      Great colleagues but struggling company and management issues

      Pros

      Not sure about pros, some people I work with are great. But this is probably true in many other companies. HR support is generally good.

      Cons

      IT Service provider with poor financials, struggling market evaluation and painful transformation, AI hype skyrocketed internally with management being obsessed and stuffing engineers with it as it was a solve-it-all daily diet. Below market pay, unpaid overtimes, poor healthcare coverage. Seen no bonuses or stocks ever.
