DXA Studio has an employee rating of 2.9 out of 5 stars, based on 15 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have an average working experience there.
The location of the studio is convenient and easy to access.
Cons
Employees aren't trained at all, but are immediately expected to be able to handle complex tasks without any guidance and work at a high level. Work-life balance is also pretty rough; workloads are brutal and hours are long, with barely any breaks.
Convenient location, some of the staff members are very nice people and great to work with. The office maintains a facade of chill 'vibe'.
Cons
The partners are not good at running their business. I understand that fierce competition among architecture firms results in low fees, but unfortunately DXA's business model is mostly based on low fees, not on good designs or services. This leads to terrible and unfair compensation, and close to none benefits.
