A lot of incompetent people work here and the people in PM roles don't know what they are doing. There seems to be a crabs in a barrel mindset here and there is no reprehension for employees who disrespect the client or step out of line when it comes to professionalsm. Even the raises are horrible or you don't even get one. Definitely a no for me

Dtsv does not care about their employees. You are not allowed to have a life. Mandatory overtime which you can’t get out of even with a doctors note. You get written up for going to the bathroom. Basically any second you aren’t working you’re shamed for not doing enough for the company. This company wants you to live to work rather than work to live. They laugh at any mental health concerns and have no compassion for family emergencies. Pay is trash for the importance of the work you do and how hard they expect you to work. Benefits are horrible and they shame you for using them. There is nothing good to say about this company.
