Pros
You will get a chance to work on varied projects that will challenge and grow your skill set in ways that other industries cannot.
Cons
Benefits are expensive and provide little actual benefits, retirement vesting takes years, and bonuses are rather small. You will be asked to improve and change culture, but upper management doesn't support legitimate change. The toolmakers have been there for years and have no desire to change their ways.

Innovative, dynamic and creative work place, creating special build customer projects from concept provides engineers the opportunity to work on a different project frequently. Never a dull moment or project. Flexible work schedule allows for work/life balance. Great benefits package including company paid disability. Location- located right off I-44, central to Lake of the Ozarks, Springfield, St. Louis. The region offers low cost living. Dogs in the office environment create a fun environment along with the Ping Pong, Pool Table, Corn Hole, Arcade games.
Cons
Long term workforce, difficult to change their way of thinking and doing.
