Pros
You will be given a good job title here. Professional qualification is not a condition for being promoted to more elite positions.
Cons
The london office lacks cohesion and long term vision. We could be heavily involving ourselves in well-being at one time, and suddenly switch to design management because of random new commissions for some Singaporean developers, and once we got to familiarise ourselves with the workflow, the focus is suddenly switched to some other things. This is reflected in the works we are getting, which are usually short design tasks handed from the headquarter and reach no further than RIBA stage 2. The design resolution is usually undeveloped and extremely superficial. You will learn nothing about professional practice here. The fact that the office only has one locally registered architect really tells how much they value professionalism. The directors, while are knowledgeable, both have some attitude issues and are very manipulative.
