Nice Vehicles, Good, not great, starting pay.

Cons

No hours. Bad communication. Recruiter will give a great pitch, once hired he will disappear and never be heard from again. ASM has too large an area to effectively manage. Office states an open door, or open phone line for support. Often does not answer or takes a long time to return a call.

flexible schedule, workload when busy is sometimes stressful. i really enjoyed the mix of equipment to repair. lots of travel.

Cons

when work is slow you don't always get a full week, unless you want to travel or you know how to work on more equipment.
