      Loved the culture and WLB! Small agency so easy to get to know people. One of the best HR teams.

      There are some really smart and dedicated staff.

      Cons

      Leadership is horrible, though there’s a change underway. Very cliqueish atmosphere favoring former OAG staff. Immature, insecure and unethical leadership practices. A lot of lying. Building is old and constantly having major maintenance issues.
