Rest of the thing are in cons because absure targets, Anyways any one can tolerate the absurd tagets but they don't give any importance to any execption in case if high case volume came and once you will get few warning then they will try to plan the thing to kick you out In my 9 month career they have fired nearly 10 people and hired new 10 people this thing shows that firing is normal in this organization Only few will be given opportunity to converted to permanant Adobe employee only if you will say YES to everything from management.
