They give you bagels once a week for breakfast.

Cons

Poor and unprofessional management often yells and threatens technicians for anything. Horrible culture to work in. No room for advancement, and they underpay technicians compared to other fields where they actually want to certify you and advance your career while paying you more. Military way of running things, no reason to work here unless it's for low-tier experience, and even that isn't too good.
