      - the company can trade anywhere in Australia - taxation rates can be more favourable - you'll have access to a wider capital and skills base.

      Cons

      - your financial affairs are public - if directors fail to meet their legal obligations, they may be held personally liable for the company's debts - profits distributed to shareholders are taxable.

      - the people are nice and generally hardworker - salary is ok, keeping me going

      Cons

      - yes men around the upper management - upper management is big on AI and slipped out wanting to replace most of us with it - upper management loves to micro manage and instead of following research, we have to follow their direction more often than not - promotional based on how long we've been there instead of skills
