Pros

If you like OT, you’ve come to the right place. The president, sales and CTO make some poor decisions to make developers work lots of OT.

Cons

You’ll get 60k a year if you’re lucky. Primary communication language is not English jquery for front end and backend is in SQL 😂 No work from home, lots of micromanagement

Pros

There are many FIVE-STAR reviews here, but it is easy to see that they are fake from the review style, which is also in line with the consistent self-boasting of the company's technical executives.

Cons

1. There is no effective communication between departments and between supervisors and subordinates. If you are a developer or QA and willing to join D3, PLEASE BE CAREFUL. Many requirements are temporary and verbal and will not appear in the official development documents. 2. During a recent voting event among some cybersecurity companies, senior management sent several internal messages to all employees emphasizing as the D3's employees, WE MUST VOTE FOR D3. However, I have ethical concerns about this matter. 3. The QA team faces significant challenges due to lacking fundamental product and technical training, leading to a high turnover rate. Within the past two years, seven employees left, resulting in a turnover rate that exceeds 100%. 4. It is surprising that a cyber security company claiming to be a unicorn does not utilize Selenium or any CI/CD-related testing methods in their daily testing practices, nor have they implemented a secure baseline in their development process.

Cons

manager iHigh Pressure: Cybersecurity is a critical field, and responding to security threats in real time can create a high-pressure work environment. Workload: The fast-paced nature of security operations may lead to long hours, especially during incidents or urgent projects. Constant Change: Due to evolving cyber threats, employees need to adapt to new technologies and protocols frequently, which can be overwhelming. Limited Work-Life Balance: In some roles, particularly in technical and support functions, maintaining work-life balance can be challenging. Niche Skills Required: As the company deals with advanced security automation, specific technical knowledge might be needed, making it harder for non-specialists to integrate or transition between roles. Lack of Clear Processes: Some smaller tech companies or fast-growing organizations might have unclear processes or evolving structures that can create confusion.s stupid
