Pros

Everything is great, everything is cool, I like everything

Cons

🏢 Workflow & Organization High Bureaucracy: Overly complex and lengthy approval chains that significantly slow down project execution and stifle innovation. Unclear Responsibilities: Blurred lines of ownership within cross-functional teams, leading to dropped tasks or recurring conflicts over who does what. Outdated Tools & Technical Debt: Reliance on legacy software or outdated equipment, coupled with management's reluctance to invest in modernization. Poor Onboarding Process: Lack of a structured training plan for new hires, leaving them to figure out processes and company culture entirely on their own. ⚖️ Work-Life Balance & Working Conditions Frequent Overtime: A company culture where working late and taking tasks home on weekends is treated as the unspoken expectation rather than the exception. Lack of Flexibility: Rigid enforcement of working hours and a strict resistance to remote or hybrid work, even for roles that easily accommodate it. High-Stress Environment: Constantly operating in "firefighting" mode due to poor resource planning and unrealistic top-down deadlines. 📈 Career Growth & Compensation Limited Advancement Opportunities: A flat organizational structure with little room for vertical or horizontal mobility; promotions usually only happen if someone resigns. Opaque Performance Reviews: A lack of clear, measurable criteria (KPIs) for salary increases, bonuses, or advancing to the next grade level. Subpar Benefits Package: While the base salary might be competitive, the overall compensation package lacks meaningful perks (e.g., weak health insurance, no education stipends, or poor retirement matching).
