It’s great to hear you’re enjoying the leadership changes, the office space, the benefits, and the balance we’re working hard to support — and of course, the colleagues who make this place what it is. We hear you on salaries and socials. Pay reviews are something we’re continuing to look at to make sure they keep pace with expectations, and we agree that more chances to get together outside of work would be a big plus for everyone.
