I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cybit in Feb 2017

Pre interview communication was great, arrived at office for interview and sat in meeting room alone to fill out technical exam. Afterwards I was thanked and sent on my way, no chance to meet anyone or chat about the role. No opportunity to explain possible technical shortfalls.
