      Pros

      The colleagues. Cuvva’s got some amazing people working for them. They’re quickly leaving however.

      Cons

      Leadership. CEO lacks vision and strategy. Doesn’t know what he wants Cuvva to be: are we just an insurance company? Car sharing? Used to be for flexible insurance but all those features are quickly deprioritised and removed. Also, HR is always quick to remove negative glass door reviews. So we’ll see how long this stays.

      Great idea, some good talent - toxic environment

      Pros

      Great benefits package, office space is big

      Cons

      The inner circle is toxic and you will feel like an outsider from day one. Some great talents are destroyed by a large subset of under the influence people. Too much interference for you to be able to complete your daily tasks and it is not a pleasant place to work.

      Team mates are nice. Decent office (but very rarely used by people). Standard benefits.

      Cons

      Absolute chaos in Cuvva right now. Layoffs and talented people leaving left right and vented. Don’t believe anything else you read.
