      Pros

      four tens schedule and that is about it.

      Cons

      overworked, underpaid, undervalued, management will give you task that are impossible to complete and if you do complete it the reward is more work. and if you don't the reward is more work and you get reprimanded.

      A good mix of tenure & disciplines. Easy to learn from and work with everyone in the company as a team.

      Touts a 4x10 workweek as a perk, but worked 5x10s (sometimes 6) nearly every week.
