Pros

The company offers a highly flexible work environment supported by engaged and approachable management. Team members benefit from meaningful growth opportunities, hot daily meals, and a fully stocked kitchen with snacks and refreshments. As the organization continues to grow rapidly, adaptability is essential. Those who thrive here are proactive, open to change, and comfortable navigating a dynamic environment. Individuals who are resistant or unwilling to adjust to evolving priorities may find the pace and structure challenging.

Cons

During the course of the event, a recurring concern has emerged regarding inconsistent staff attendance and the apparent misuse of managerial leniency. While we appreciate the supportive and approachable nature of our leadership team, it is important to acknowledge that such kindness should not be mistaken for a lack of accountability. There have been multiple instances where team members failed to meet their scheduled obligations, either arriving late or not showing up without appropriate communication. This not only places undue strain on those who are present and fulfilling their responsibilities, but also disrupts overall operations and impacts the attendee experience. Respectful and professional behavior must extend both ways—while management offers flexibility and understanding, it is the responsibility of all staff to reciprocate with reliability and a strong work ethic. Going forward, clearer expectations around attendance and accountability may be necessary to maintain fairness and ensure smooth coordination across all teams.

Pros

I wrote a review titled "Only the Strong Survive" a little over a year ago when I was still employed. I was fired in January 2025. The Pros i listed in my last review about some of my fellow employees is still spot on. I made friends here i still talk to after being fired. I have no regrets working at this company, I learned alot and had a great time with some amazing people. If you want to be a part of the industry this is the place to be, just go into it with your eyes open.

Cons

I started at this company back in 2021 when they were still really small. They had no organization or processes in the warehouse at all and a team of 2 people. Everything i did for this company over my 3 years of employment helped make the company what it is today and the warehouse wouldnt be what it is today without my leadership and guidance. I lead the trasformation of the 25k sqft warehouse and a team of 3 into a 50k sqft warehouse and a team of over 12. Creating all of the required processes and orginization along the way. In september I had my 3 year review and it was glowing. In october we started switching over to a new WMS system and it was rocky because of the implementation team we hired. Orders missing, late, wrong, unpickable etc. During that time i was working 12 hour days to try and get everything fixed and it was coming along but slowly due to the hold ups from the team. During this time the COO was canceling our 1 on 1s every week, when I talked to HR about it they said they would talk to them but i just kept getting excuse after excuse. In Dec i had a 2 week vacation planned to go to CA to visit family for christmas. This was the first vacation i had taken since i started with the company 3 years ago. I had around 160 hours of PTO because I never took days off. A week before my vacation i was really sick and called out the entire week. Even with how sick I was, I still was on the phone or computer at least once a day helping with something. I was sick the entire weak, i was even sick the first 3 or 4 days of my vacation, so I was out of the office for about 3 weeks straight. I got back from my vacation and came into the office and was fired within the hour. The reasons they gave was because I got a shipment of raw material out a few months late and it put production behind. This was like 3 months before i was fired, and it was never even brought up at my 3 year review which took place after the material was shipped out late, and on top of that I informed the COO multiple times the shipment hadnt gone out due to back ups in the warehouse and everytime his reply was just get it out when you can. They also said the staff said it was easier to do thier job when i wasnt there. They did provide me with a seperation package, a week pay for every year i had been there(basically the bare minimum of what is considered respectable) and 40 hours of my 150 unused PTO. The other 110 hours of PTO I lost.(Great way to show appreciation for never missing any days of work) Since i was fired in January more then 15 people have been fired or quit out of the 50ish people that work there, so something is going on. I hope they fix it though because it is a good company with good employees, some of them anyways. If you do work here though make sure to take your PTO days because you wont get them back and there is no recognition for having above average attendance.
