      Toxic environment with uncompetitive pay and dry work

      Pros

      You rarely see the CEO. This is a good thing because he is usually disruptive to the product development process.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive. Benefits are average. Only work here if you have to because the projects and constant competitor data collection/documentation is extremely dry work. The environment is incredibly toxic and there’s barely any innovation going on. If you’re young, STAY AWAY because they will take advantage of you and work you to the bone. High-level management is the CEO’s brother and best friends. I always felt that Curv Group was shady and management would throw their low ranking employees under the bus if needed.

      Pros

      - Fully remote work environment. - High level of ownership and exposure to different projects. - Competitive compensation for many roles.

      Cons

      - Lack of structure and clear processes in some teams. - Heavy workloads. - Communication and leadership receive mixed reviews. - Onboarding is way too disorganized, they expect you to get and figure their system by yourself or by being guide by someone as new as you. - Way too many weekly meetings.

      Great remote work with fast-paced environment

      Pros

      Good communication, approachable management, 100% remote work. The product is good and there are opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Not for the faint-hearted/light worker. Personally I like this but it's fast-paced so you need to be a motivated worker to fit in.
