Pros

Curtis is a privately held, medium sized company with good values and a strong focus on quality. I really enjoy working on electric vehicle technology here!

Cons

The biggest downside I see right now is that we do not have enough people to support the volume of work, for both existing and new products that customers want.

Great working environment, excellent benefits, and a company that really cares for its employees. I've been looking for a company like this for a very long time.

Cons

Though I'm still new here I cannot think of any cons. Everyone has been very helpful and positive
