Pros
Very interesting domain and alot of opportunities to hone skills. Remote work opportunities as well.
Cons
Even though the work was very interesting it was hard to learn the stack and process due to fast paced environment and at times difficult coworkers. It seems like some of the team members hoddled knowledge and silently judged me for lack of knowledge even tho I was straight out of college and was eager to learn. Part of it was so many task to complete, team members could barley spend time to help me get up to speed, but even when certian team members had time they made me feel bad for taking up thier time and made me feel lower than them. Like I was not worth the time. I have had many jobs after this position and learned what true team mates are supposed to act like. It's disheartning to see that I was pushed away from such an amazing domain, but that's what you get when you dont spend time on new hires and dont instill the mentality of team in your workers.
