The CEO will randomly interfere with your tasks and then create unnecessary communication with the customer support manager, claiming that you haven't provided customers with enough information.
There is no training. As the job is remote, you’ll be expected to figure everything out yourself by reading emails and trial and error.

Please, for your own mental health, stay away from this company. They are also clearly skirting labor laws, as it can't be legal to require employees to ask for permission every time they need to use the washroom.
