The few people left in the trenches are the Heroes!!!!

Cons

Cubic found a way to normalize the abnormal. No amount of hustle will fix a place that runs on Dysfunction. No level of loyalty will reform leadership that protects its own bad behavior. Culture rewards politics over performance. Accountability only flows downward. Highest performers are exhausted and the worst behavior is excused that's an Infrastructure problem. It's not my job to fix a company that is comfortable being broken.

Excellent colleagues, good team members and flexible working hours.

Cons

The company lacked proper decision making by the leadership team . People are too relaxed in the face of an issue which compounds in short time. The company lacked vision and new ideas to improve the existing process which were not encouraged. Unfair employee termination and office politics
