The HR team and all other teams are very supportive, approachable, and always ready to help. The overall work culture is friendly, collaborative, and filled with positive energy. I got the opportunity to work on real-time projects in Python and Django, which helped me enhance my technical skills and confidence. Overall, CubexO is an ideal place to start and grow your career.
Cons
There is nothing major to complain about. However, because the learning opportunities are so rich, sometimes you may feel like there’s a lot to absorb in a short time — but it’s all part of the growth journey. Also, the team is so dedicated and focused on delivering quality work that you naturally get inspired to give your best every day.
