      Unprofessional culture with gossip and weak leadership

      - Cool office. Some coworkers we're nice

      Cons

      - People leave a lot and the entire team will immediately talk bad about them on team meetings. It was really awkward and unprofessional. -Bad culture - Sales directors are okay but clearly have zero pull in the company and are just have a face.

Limited transparency around strategic decisions and organizational changes. Communication between leadership and frontline teams can be inconsistent unless it's about what you are doing right now to make sure the company has cash to make payroll.
