A bad career choice to look upon

Pros

They use some latest technology platforms to work upon, but that's just a hype nothing concrete you will learn with them. They are also good in office politics & i strongly recommend this company to those who want desirable salary package and less work ( yes less work !).

Cons

No learning experience, no growth, you just get fooled by their owner's IIT tag & salary.... ....there are many cons ! but at least they give you handsome salary so ignore whatever they do ( joking ) !!

There are a large number of project going on. If you are curious enough you can learn any technology they are working on.

Cons

It is small company and generally under performing employees are not tolerated. If you are looking for easy job this place is not for you.
