Pros
Best training I've ever received from a job. Supervisor was extremely friendly and really cared about the annotators. Best side job you can get - easy remote work (I'm not in San Francisco, apparently remote is not an option on Glassdoor) and you set your schedule.
Cons
There can be periods with little to no projects available which means no pay, which isn't a big problem if this isn't your main source of income.

Excellent work culture especially for a mostly remote company. Very friendly staff across all teams. Extremely creative team. Great work-life balance and benefits for full-time staff. Ambitious, respectful and responsive leadership.
Cons
They laid off 1/4 the company without warning.
