      Pros

      From Juniors to Team Lead all are skilled and good place to learn and improve, they have really nice projects.

      Cons

      The Management team is useless - HR team specially. Employees are getting documents are 1/1.5 years, not responding at all and after you resign they will instantly block you and no documents no background verification confirmation. CEO thinks he knows everything and everyone is just wasting time and using company's money to enjoy no real work is done by employees threatens juniors that they can be replaced by a BOT and so
