High expectations and stress with ZERO recognition. Any time you go above and beyond is ignored and any tiny inconvenience or error is magnified to make you feel horrible. Wealth Managers expect you to be their clean up crew and servant, while rarely acknowledging the stress and hard work that goes into the extreme knowledge and detail of our job. Back office is treated as second class, ignorant and ignored by the rest of the company as even existing until they need something done RIGHT NOW or they are looking for someone to blame. If you are not a Sales Person, Creative Planning doesn't really care about you. If you dont plan to become one, there isn't really a career path for you.

The owner is really creepy. Horrible atmosphere, very stiff and fake. No personality, except for boring and uptight. I would try and work elsewhere. Seem to hire lots of students, or family friends so you will feel like an outsider. I repeat, the owner is creepy.
