- Great progression opportunities - No two days are the same - Great benefits - The CEO really cares about employees - The CEO and HR go above and beyond to look after staff - Always fair and consistent - Target people's strengths when offering opportunities - Fun and exciting - Really flexible and trusting

- Need to be on top of your workload so you don't get left behind - Challenging - New concepts and ideas require hard work but worth it!

50 percent off at all venues except one

Cons

Low pay for level of work Peppermint is unorganized, always understaffed, and is constantly running out of essential items like glasses and ice on Saturdays. No breaks on a 10 or 12 hr shift. Criticized if you need to take a break. Back breaking work
