Pros

nice location to work at

Cons

a lot of pay discrepancies during my employment there, during the six months I was employed there, many unprofessional things happened since the beginnings of the summer season 2024, but one thing stood out and it was how bad was management with the money that they should pay. missing day of payment in your paycheck or missing the tips for some days during that week and only getting pay your hours, etc. I could write a book on how management is but I have things to do. also this company has a lot of lawsuits for the same reason however in the contract I was offered and accepted ( it said, we (employees) cannot suit them if they miss on payments, tips, etc) yeah they warned us and yes, its my fault for not reading the full contract but who would expect that an employer this big was going to be scammy as how it really is. shame

Pros

The company has a lot of money, so the facilities are pretty nice.

Cons

I've been in this industry for a long time and have seen some bad decision making in my time. Hell I've made bad decisions myself of course. This company couldn't make a right decision if it was handed to them on a silver platter, gift wrapped and all. Turnover across leadership (from CEO down) is very high, making the company very unstable. It's owned by Howard Hughes which is a real estate company, You can tell while you're working for them. Lack of industry knowledge, lack of accountability from leadership, lack of action from leadership, inability to retain good employees. They're a massive company with loads of money, but I have to assume most of that goes to the top, because they don't hire at high salaries and are not interested in giving people raises, just more work when they fire or lose someone else.
