-The Business Analytics (BA) department is bloated in size with too many middle managers and bureaucratic back-and-forth to get even the smallest decision done.
-The leadership here is filled with fakes and hypocrites. Know that despite whatever pandering front they may put up, they do NOT actually care about you in the slightest. I have seen them lay off employees in mass just a few weeks before the end-of-year holidays because that's simply what will help the bottom line. I have seen them give company-wide days where employees can work remotely for the period just so they can surreptitiously remove employees' in-office belongings ahead of time and without commotion because they were already planning on laying off that employee later on. I have seen some of the brightest and most hard-working employees, who despite putting in hours over nights and weekends some time to get projects done for these execs, were given barely 15 minutes of these execs' time when they were told that they were being laid off. The leadership here continues to be shielded from any major consequences for their poor management. They continue to go to their annual holiday parties, host fundraisers, post their photo-ops on LinkedIn, and put on their speeches and charade that everything at the company is okay, but not a single one of them will do the bare minimum decent act of just reaching out and asking if you're okay.
