Remote working and nice office

Cons

No one understand the codebase, everyone is new here with no training at all. We don’t know what we are fixing, just use any dirty tricks to cover those stuff and to create even more bugs. No architectural design, no unit tests, no automation, everyone code their own ways

Poor resources management and planning. Always overloaded with tight timeline. Fix bugs 80% of the time due to poor design of the system
