Constant micromanagement-prepared to be followed everywhere, except the toilet, even on those LUCKY days when working from home! Generally no flexibility or hybrid work whatsoever, greediness and lies from management team - every penny is saved at cost of employees wellbeing. Staff massively laid off and it is called 'restructuring'.
