Customer-obsessed = 0% Deliver Quality Solutions = 0% Profit-driven = 100% Toxic Culture = 100% Diversity = 0% Toxic Leadership = 90% Career Development = 0% Employee Engagement = 10% Overall this company could care less about quality or creating a true partnership with employees, Microsoft and most importantly - customers. Will you learn, well yes but normalcy evades this place like the plague. Join at your own risk!
