Management without a clue
Pros
Quality of food and camp facilities were good. Colleagues banded together well with good team spirit.
Cons
Company culture - Management sit in the main office and report all is well to their superiors while Techs try and fix problems, mangers want to divide and conquer the team to reign with fear. Transparency in process's - It's more about jobs for mates than right person for the job. Former colleagues of managers are hired at higher rates of pay than those there on merit. Consistency of procedures - constant changes based on Reactivity instead of Proactive input, poor planning and organisation, last minute calls on jobs and management not following their own procedures. Department has been through 26 electricians in 25 Months (yes it is correct)
