* Base pay just dropped by $3 in favor of a bonus program * New bonus program is dependent entirely on the students and is out of the tutor's hands * Getting sessions scheduled has been a massive pain * The people who run the company are nice, BUT there is very little training on how to get sessions scheduled, how to find more students, or what help is available for tutors with fewer sessions * You're required to block off availability, but if you don't get any sessions in that time then you've just wasted precious workable hours on nothing

- the pay is pretty low and recently decreased base pay due to their flawed model with offering free trial classes - difficult to get information about your students sometimes prior to teaching, including sometimes the wrong name, gender, or age of student - you have to prepare for and complete a full 50 minute lesson on your first encounter without speaking with the student first - not a lot of business - takes about a month to get paid after a session
