The pay and benefits are good, and the people are nice.
Cons
The product was uninteresting for me, and working with Elm and Elixir was really less than desirable. The time I worked there it seemed like it had major growing pains to work out, and they need to focus on diversity. There was also a culture around many of the employees working more than 40 hour weeks, and those who don’t falling behind.
