      Great Place to Learn and Grow

      The company is constantly evolving, which provides lots of room for new opportunities and growth. During the time I've worked here, I have been able to carry projects from ideas to implementation. There is good support from direct supervisors and coworkers are smart, friendly, and fun to work with. The pay is competitive.

      Required to work 50-60 Hours per week if you work on the floor, Management sets unachievable goals for the amount of workers, PTO is low

      Different puzzle every day. Coworkers were fantastic. Hard but fun work.

      Cons

      The higher ups need to just show up without telling anyone a LOT more. Otherwise you’ve got plant managers that are lazy, operations managers that are lazy, leads that are lazy… you get the point but if higher ups want to make a difference it starts on the individual plant levels leadership.
