      Great company with room go grow.

      Pros

      I started off as a young kid not knowing much ,and worked my way up. I now make more than double what I did when I started. All the opportunity in the world if you put forth the effort to grow and better yourself. Promotions are merit based with set guidelines that are easy to achieve if you try. And even if you put forth the bare minimum to get by you will still get a 3% plus raise each year.

      Cons

      The amounts of overtime in the busy season can be a bit much. But you start out with 3 weeks of pto. And your 5th year get 4 weeks so it offsets the busy season.

      work to get your VK and sick time , they are a live for the company and you are a number until they have no one else type of place it is
