      Pros

      Flexible work hours, easy to communicate with everyone (even the owners), and such a great employment atmosphere! Would highly recommend.

      Cons

      Not a lot of benefits as it is a new company, but they are working towards that goal!

      The only Con would be.once you train them they succeed and you have to let them fly free.
