Pros

- Great place to get a foot in the door. - Basic Medical/Dental (Kaiser). Vision covers exam only, no lenses or frames. 401K after 1 year. Approx. $130 per week for a family. - Weekly paycheck is exceptionally helpful. - Multiple locations throughout Northern California. - Pay is in the middle as far as insudry. It is not the lowest, it is not the highest. - CFO and Area Manager know your name, what you are good at and will take the time to listen and hear you out about issues and needs. - Supportive in times where family needs to come first. - Despite being stressful, it can be a very fun place to work depending on the location. - Most employees want to and try their best to provide a wonderful service to customers.

Cons

- Proper reviews and regular (even cost of living) increases are nearly nonexistant. - Do not expect to be told when you are doing a good job or have gone out of your way to ensure a customer has been taken care of. - Much like most other companies at this time, your crew will be bare bones. - You will regularly be expected to provide over the top customer service while not having nearly enough time to complete all daily basic tasks. - Toward the end of every month quality will go down for the sake of quantity. - Bonuses are basic and can be difficult to reach depending on the store you are working in.

Not a career, just a terrible place to work

Pros

they honestly have no pros.

Cons

This is by far the worst company to work for, they don't care about their employees, they work us to the top and when end of the month rolls around they work us to the bone, usually work from dusk until dawn, and don't get the proper help. So what is the area manager knows your name, when you ask for a raise hey say it is not within their budget, they treat people like dirt and expect the best work. this is just an in between for me, unfortuately stuck here until something better pops up

Pros

Family owned and family friendly company; the corporate office has a small-company atmosphere, but provides large-company benefits. They take care of their people, and earn loyalty and trust from their employees.

Cons

When I was hired, the entire corporate office was filled with "brand new" employees. After about 5 years, most of those employees are gone and replaced with "brand new" employees. It would appear that "turnover" is how they keep costs down at headquarters.
