      Worse Company I’ve worked for in years

      Pros

      Good with flexi time but only if they like you....there were employees that got preference over others in regards to childcare. So not really a pro unless you’re liked... Parking....close to the station

      Cons

      HR is unapproachable and unprofessional. Regularly would leave passports on the scanner and salary figures on the scanned folders and talk about colleagues they didn’t like to team members and sharing information that was highly confidential. On nights out management would discuss who they “fancy” the most and make the new staff feel very uncomfortable.

      Great company to work for. Professional but maintained the family feel

      Pros

      Many rewards such as good holiday pay, pension contribution, bonus scheme and annual salary reviews but they also took the time to offer little perks now and then to make us feel worth while. Such as: -Free tea and coffee -The occasional free lunch -Many social events -Free fruit and softdrinks in the office -Very accommodating for leave requests -Sometimes the ice cream man would pop buy and they'd treat us!

      Cons

      New office location is a bit further away from the local amenities now. Open plan office can be a bit distracting when you need to get your head down and stuck into the work, although i did prefer it in the long run.

      Time off easily approved, carining considerate trainer.

      Cons

      My trainer as good as told me I was being managed out due to drop in forecasted work, so I resigned.
