Pros
1. No fluff – the growth opportunities here are solid. Training, mentorship, and real chances to climb. I was supported from day one. 2. You're not a cog here. Your role is yours to own. It’s more responsibility, sure, but it's also more rewarding. 3. When things get tough, there’s support. Teammates, resources – when you need it, there is a solid team to back you up. 4. In terms of clients, the work isn’t dull. You get a mix of clients, and that keeps things interesting. It's a chance to tackle different challenges. 5. Management are very transparent. What you see is what you get. They are very straightforward with what's going on with the company. 6. The company has big goals. They’re not hiding it. If you like being part of something ambitious, this is it.
Cons
1. Let's be honest – it's not always smooth sailing. There are hectic periods, and it can get chaotic. 2. Virtual meetings? They can pop up quite often. It's the usual remote work scenario. However, the team actively listens to feedback and works on smoothing out the process. Small things matter too. 3. The workload can get intense during peak times. It's a high-energy environment, and balancing priorities can be a challenge. That's agency life though. 4. With the remote setup, sometimes there's an excess of communication channels.
