- You can work from home

Cons

- Push you to work long hours - Don't know how to manage their budget (hired in July - trained for one month - actively working for 1 more month - then let go because of poor financial management) - Terrible training program - Heavy Favoritism with the few employees there - You can only stay at the company if you are buddies with one of the main three employees - Lack of resources (Terrible ATS & CRM) - Won't hire you unless you take a draw plan (They offer a base but strongly discourage you to take it) - HEAVY MICROMANAGING - I can go on... - Terrible benefits

-Have a that with the team, you'll see right away that this is a resume builder one year job. -No culture. -Business Partnership with someone who gets sued multiple times a year, total scam.

Good place for you if you want to be held accountable. Management will provide you with the right tools to succeed. Constant and great feedback from managers. No caps on commission.

Cons

Not a good place for you if you don't want to put in the long hours to succeed.
