I have always liked my job as it's part of my day. After getting hired by CR, I, for the first time ever, am loving my job. I wake up every day excited to find the best candidates for my clients. The communication in the team is just amazing! Whenever anyone needs help, we meet, think, and brainstorm together to find the best solutions. Working 100% remotely is one of the biggest pros, the flexibility is amazing.

Cons

You might get a gap between clients. Sometimes it's a couple of days sometimes it's a couple of weeks, which is understandable. As long as CR has clients, we have jobs :) For me, this is the best option I could ever ask for. No PTO which is, as far as I know, something the management is working on.
