      Management is toxic and micromanages employees

      Pros

      Continuum markets itself as a small contract company that can do better than its competitors like Select.

      Cons

      Rachel Pallet the new Vice President of Continuum is a cold business woman that is a toxic type A personality. She will only work for the business and does not care about the employees as people. She has sociopathic tendencies due to lack of empathy.

      Pros

      - Responsive and friendly team members in management - Facilities using electronic medical records and NetHealth - no dealing with paper charts and very little need for paper orders

      Cons

      - As a start up company, there is no HR that has allowed the company to overstep (perhaps without meaning to) federal labor laws (e.g. offering full-time status benefits based not on hours worked but on hours + productivity) - Onboarding process for getting oriented to the facility, company policies, and rehab department team and protocols was catch as catch can and made it difficult to know protocols and expectations upfront

      Pros

      Competitive pay, Adequate benefits. 401k. The CEO is nice but is unaware of the actions of his middle managers.

      Cons

      Complete lack of support from management. Completely absent Area Director, incompetent site manager. They speak about partnerships but there is no partnership when you need support. HR is support is also a joke. The only way they get one star is because zero is not an option.
