      - Recent management decisions made sense. - Flexible hours. - Tremendous atmosphere. - Very good people, each and every one. - Employee feedback and initiative were usually valued. - Some of the largest customers imaginable. - Lots of food in the kitchen. - Good location. - Good benefits.

      Cons

      - The product could have been better. - Relatively high turnover rate at R&D. - Not enough company events. - Not enough training for employees.

      Pros

      Happy place. Stretches your ability to build software for scale. Product used by the largest companies in the USA.

      Cons

      Customers are very demanding. Serving US customers from Israel can be a pain due to time and week differences. The office is overcrowded but this should improve if management will finally rent the additional office (long overdue).
