Pros
Work at home most of the time. The chance to work with great people. The company has the foresight to continue to grow and add to their portfolio of services in order to stay relevant with their clients.
Cons
There's currently a lot of administration to do by everyone (though they are working on that). There are always a lot of balls to juggle - and when something goes wrong (as happens from time to time on any project), it can be pretty stressful.
