      - Focuses more on new features than fixing or improving old ones - Any problems and improvement points are often disregarded or deprioritized for new features - High engineering team turnover rate - High customer acquisition rate but almost as high Churn

      Bad management and nepotism. Buzzword oriented management. Flexible work hours, you must start at 8AM and you are free to leave after 6PM. CEO blindly trusts on senior management. Senior management blindly trust team managers.
