May as Well Give Jobs To Unexperienced Random People and Fire Everyone who Knows What They're Doing
Pros
Pay (if you're not living check to check), Benefits, and a somewhat easy job if you find out stuff by yourself QUICKLY.
Cons
Due to troubleshooting calls and the "Metric system", you will have little chance of promotion. You must constantly meet the metrics, or you'll stay at your current level. Only the top are noticed, and the place is full of people who either know what they're doing, but are ignored- Or poorly trained newbies who are only there for pocket change and gossip. Management is too rude, and the higher up employees are sarcastic and have nasty attitudes, or are just lazy. Plus the pay is bad if you need it urgently for rent and etc. The company is built on greed and manipulation of people who don't know better. You don't care about your bottom rung until you see the Sups and TSS's are sick of the endless crap, but they BARELY do anything. The system is a joke as well, and often has more problems then not. Why are we being graded on calls like children? There is no "pass" or "fail", especially because we're supposed to be HELPING PEOPLE. And its redundant to repeatedly push promotions on the same customers, who already get notification from you! It doesn't improve anything for us at all! Focus on improving your phone service before you try to suck up more money, and listening to your employees! People are leaving because you don't work with the people already here, or pay attention, instead of hiring more "One Hit Wonders", and the phone service isn't always so great! It's not always the Reps on the phone who are the problem either!
